6pm to midnight (alcohol ends at 11pm) Where: Latitude 53 10242 - 106 Street Edmonton, Alberta T5J 1H7 What: An all-ages, accessible, pay-what-you-can fundraiser for CRIPSiE. Costs:
- Pay what you can entry. (Suggested $10 donation)
- Free Pizza, cereal bar and non-alcoholic drinks (vegan & gluten free options)
- Cash alcohol bar: $5 for beer or wine
- Optional Silent Auction & Donation Opportunities
- Also feel free to donate online at ATB CARES. They will match 15%, and give charitable receipts.
Directions:
Latitude 53 Gallery is located on 106 Street and between 102 Avenue and 103 Avenue in downtown Edmonton. It is on the West side of the street, between NorQuest College and Metro Billiards.
It is two blocks north of the Corona LRT Station and two blocks west of the Bay (104 Street) Station.
It is close to bus routes: 1, 2, 5, 100, 109, 111, 112, and 120.
Parking: There is paid street parking along the streets surrounding Latitude 53.

Wheelchair Access:
There is a small 6" ramp to get over the curb leading to the building. Lattitude has no stairs, has wide entrance doorways, and no other doorways other than washrooms. The wheelchair accessible entrance is the main entrance.
Washrooms:
Washrooms meet ADA wheelchair accessible guidelines and are gender-neutral.
Sign Language:
There will be American Sign Language interpreters for all spoken portions of the event.
Contact info@cripsie if you want ASL for informal conversations, so we make sure we have enough interpreters.
Food:

There is a small 6" ramp to get over the curb leading to the building. Lattitude has no stairs, has wide entrance doorways, and no other doorways other than washrooms. The wheelchair accessible entrance is the main entrance.

- Free Coffee, Juice, 1% dairy milk, and Coconut milk
- Cash bar for beer and wine (must be over 18 years of age)
Other Accessibility Information:
- Children welcomed and encouraged. There will be children-focused activities, including crafts and children's book readings.
- Free bus tickets available
- Service animals are, of course, welcomed and encouraged
- There is a comfortable lounge area for resting
- There will be no strobe lights or pirotechnics/smoke used
- Visual description of bed-head competition, space, etc. available upon request
SCHEDULE
- 6pm Doors open!
- Feel free to come in pajamas and with bed head, BYOP (Bring your own pillow)
- Cereal bar and alcohol-free drinks available
- Cash bar open
- Nina Haggerty print making crafts
- Silent auction
- Silent (captioned) videos of CRIPSiE performances on a loop
- 7pm Welcome announcement (ASL interpreted)
- All above activities continue
- 7pm and 7:30pm Child-friendly story times
- 8:30 pm Bed head competition (ASL interpreted)
- 9pm Dance party begins
- Silent auction closes between 9:00 and 9:30pm
- 11pm Alcohol service ends
- 12am Dance party ends... bus tickets available to get home safely.
